Also known as estragon, this is a whole leaf, French tarragon. French tarragon is the variety considered best for culinary use, and the only variety we carry. Tarragon is most commonly associated with French cuisine (it is one of the four French "fines herbes"), and works well with poultry, vegetables, salads, soups, and sautéed foods.
