Our White Peach Balsamic Vinegar is aged in oak barrels. The peaches are picked perfectly ripe, crushed and left to ferment naturally, then added to the vinegar to finish fermentation and aging producing a sweet and fruity vinegar. When paired with olive oil we recommend the Artisan Blend that produces a fantastic flavor as a dressing. Pair it with our Citrus Olive Oils, Meyer Lemon, Mandarin Orange, Persian Lime and even the Jalapeno Olive Oil for a flavorful vinaigrette or marinade for chicken and shrimp. Try it on grilled peaches or sparkling water for a refreshing twist! A fantastic topping for ice cream.
