Our Champagne Mimosa Vinegar starts with refreshing citrus fruits grown and hand-picked from a small family owned farm. White California grapes are used for the champagne base. Whole fruits are then placed in small vats along with an organic kosher base vinegar and then undergo a mild fermentation process. Perfect on fish,seafood, dungeness crab, chicken and salads or for marinating winter squash. Also wonderful drizzled over a fruit salad.
Pairs With: Artisan Olive Oil. Garlic Infused Oil, Meyer Lemon Infused and Mandarin Orange Infused Olive Oils.
