Lemon-Thyme Brussels Sprouts


2 lbs. fresh or frozen brussels sprouts, thawed and halved
2 T. Zesty Moose Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
Zesty Moose Lemon-Thyme Finishing Salt


Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and very lightly spray with a cooking spray. In a bowl, combine brussels sprouts (that have been halved and ends trimmed) with the Zesty Moose Meyer Lemon olive oil and lemon juice. Toss together to coat and season to taste using The Zesty Moose Lemon Thyme Finishing Salt. Spread the sprouts evenly onto a baking sheet. Cook for
25-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
