- Always use "unsalted"
butter.
- The butter must be
brought to room
temperature.
- Combine entire contents
of the bag with the
softened stick of butter
until they are completely
blended.
- For the flavor to better
"penetrate" the butter,
allow it to stand for a
few hours in the
refrigerator before use.
- Flavored butters may be
stored in the freezer for
up to six months.
- Before freezing, you
can roll the butter into
logs with wax paper.
